WHO IS TREV

WHO IS
TREV

Trev Warnke is the founder of Brotherhood Beyond Business, a movement helping male business owners win in business and life through brotherhood, accountability, and harmony. He also founded Level Up Business, Plumber Domination, and Game Changing Performance to help entrepreneurs grow without sacrificing family, faith, or fulfillment. Trev is the author of the upcoming book The Journey to Becoming the CEO of Your Own Life and host of the Brotherhood Beyond Business Podcast. He is best known for his 10 Domains of Life framework, which guides men to create harmony across health, family, wealth, and leadership.
At the heart of Trev’s work is Brotherhood Beyond Business, a network of local war-rooms where groups of 10 men gather to sharpen each other with truth, candor, and accountability. Unlike networking clubs, these groups focus on what truly matters—business strategy, family leadership, health, and purpose.
Trev is best known for the 10 Domains of Becoming the CEO of Your Own Life framework, a model that challenges men to create harmony across physical health, soulful alignment, family, wealth, and leadership. His expertise lies in simplifying execution and building systems that allow business owners to grow without burning out.
A private war-room for entrepreneurial men committed to winning in business and life.
A SaaS and marketing agency helping small business owners streamline operations and dominate local search.
A niche growth platform designed to help plumbing companies generate leads and scale on Google.
A fitness facility in Illinois dedicated to weight loss, strength, and sustainable transformation.
Each venture reflects Trev’s philosophy: create connection, deliver world-class service, and play the long game.
Trev is the author of the upcoming book The Journey to Becoming the CEO of Your Own Life, a parable about a business owner who discovers fulfillment beyond profit through Brotherhood Beyond Business.
He also hosts the Brotherhood Beyond Business Podcast, where he and his partners share lessons on entrepreneurship, faith, family, and the pursuit of becoming the CEO of your own life.

Trev works with growth-minded, service-based business owners—especially male entrepreneurs—who are ready to align their business with the life they actually want, not just the one they feel stuck in. Whether running a plumbing company, coaching fitness clients, growing a personal brand, or building something brand new, his mission is to help entrepreneurs gain clarity, simplify execution, and live a life of intention.
Trev doesn’t chase trends or hustle culture. His philosophy is simple: play the long game. Build with intention. Prioritize what matters. Choose sustainability over burnout.
“Success without fulfillment is failure; brotherhood is the antidote.”

Trev grew up in a Midwestern family of entrepreneurs. His father built a geothermal company, his mother flipped houses, and Trev served as Vice President of the family company before launching his own ventures. These experiences shaped his philosophy that business should serve life—not consume it.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, Iowa, and his early career in fitness laid the foundation for both Game Changing Performance and his passion for personal development.
Today, Trev lives in the mountains of Arizona with his wife Erica and their dog Duke. When he’s not leading Brotherhood Beyond Business or building companies, he’s often out rucking, hiking, playing pickleball, or writing.
