Trev Warnke is an entrepreneur and mentor who helps male founders build balanced, fulfilling lives. He’s the founder of the marketing agency Plumber Domination, the mentorship community for entrepreneurial men Brotherhood Beyond Business, the SaaS company Level Up Business, and the fitness facility Game Changing Performance. His work spans marketing, coaching, fitness, and software—focused on helping service-based entrepreneurs grow without sacrificing their personal lives.

Trev’s expertise lies in simplifying strategy, building systems, and guiding leaders to align their business success with personal fulfillment. A lifelong entrepreneur, Trev has built businesses across fitness, home services, and tech—always anchored in world-class service, long-game thinking, and creating meaningful relationships. He grew up in a Midwest family of business owners and served as Vice President of his parents’ geothermal company as a young man—an experience that shaped his holistic approach to leadership and life.

From Family Business to Founding His Own

Trev's entrepreneurial journey started early. Growing up in a family where business was a way of life, he was immersed in conversations about strategy, service, and sacrifice from a young age. He attended Jefferson-Scranton High School (now called Greene County High School) and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, Iowa.

As Vice President of his parents' geothermal company, he learned firsthand the demands of leadership and the discipline required to run a service-based business with integrity. This foundation deeply influenced how he builds and leads today: grounded in values, driven by systems, and always focused on people.

Each of Trev's ventures was born from a need he saw firsthand. Plumber Domination was created to help honest contractors win on Google without being scammed by overpriced marketing agencies. Game Changing Performance evolved from a passion for health and a desire to create sustainable transformation for clients in his local community. Brotherhood Beyond Business began as a response to something deeply personal—the loneliness and pressure many male entrepreneurs face while trying to "have it all."

With Level Up Business, Trev took his systems-based philosophy and turned it into a scalable platform designed specifically for small business owners. Trev lives in the Mountains of Arizona with his wife Erica and their dog Duke. When not building businesses or mentoring leaders, he’s often out on a ruck, hiking in the mountains, playing pickleball, or writing his upcoming book, Becoming the CEO of Your Own Life—a parable that blends personal development, entrepreneurship, and holistic leadership for the next generation of men.
